Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The "Wii Balance Board with WiiFit Plus Holiday Giveaway" (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on November 24, 2009, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on December 25, 2009 (the "Promotion Period").

ELIGIBILITY: To participate in this Sweepstakes, you must be a legal resident of the 50 United States and D.C. and be at least 18 years of age at time of entry. Employees of Sports Authority, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, vendors, and immediate family (defined as spouse, IRS dependent, or biological, adoptive or step- mother, father, sister, brother, daughter or son, and each of their respective spouses) of, or who reside in the same household as, any person in any of the preceding categories, are not eligible to participate. Void outside the 50 United States and D.C. and where prohibited.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Sweepstakes, visit www.thewiiauthority.com, follow the links to the Sweepstakes entry page, complete the online entry form in its entirety, check the box to agree to and accept the terms of the Official Rules and submit. Limit: one entry per person, per day, per email address during the Promotion Period (a day is defined as any period beginning at 12:00:01 AM ET and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET).

In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry .The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entries made by any other individual or entity that is not the person named on the submitted entry, or made in any manner inconsistent with these Official Rules, will be declared invalid and disqualified from this Sweepstakes.

PRIZES: There are thirty (30) prizes available to be won. Each prize includes a Wii Balance Board and WiiFit Plus game. The Approximate Retail Value (the "ARV") of each prize is $99.99.

Total ARV of all prizes available to be won: $2,999.70.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: One (1) winner will be selected each day beginning on November 27, 2009 and ending on December 26, 2009 (collectively, the "Drawing Dates").Each winner will selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the day immediately preceding each Drawing Date.

All prizes will be shipped to the address provided by the winner during registration within 4-6 weeks of each corresponding drawing date. Non-winning entrants will not be notified.

Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: Any winner’s entry and acceptance of a prize awarded constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use said winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state), in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation, except where prohibited. All federal, state, or other tax liabilities, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner. If any prize is returned as undeliverable, this will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries from the corresponding Daily Entry Period.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Independent Sweepstakes Administrator, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in regard to the sweepstakes mechanics, and/or the interpretation of these Official Rules. All entrants, and any selected winners, agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, any vendors/prize providers that may be associated with this promotion, and the respective officers and employees of these entities, from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person or property of any kind resulting in whole or in any part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this promotion, or for any prizes won.

PRIZES ARE AWARDED AS IS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY, GUARANTEE OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE).

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Incomplete, corrupted or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for incomplete, corrupted or untimely entries or for incomplete, lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions or telephone transmission problems or technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user’s computer equipment (software or hardware) or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. The Website's database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify or cancel this Sweepstakes at any time for any reason without notice or obligation. Sponsor, its affiliate companies, parents, subsidiaries, officers, directors, and agents are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, including, without limitation, that caused by Web site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect entries and (a) cancel, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof); (b) modify the Sweepstakes or suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (c) award the prizes from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor is not responsible for any technical or human error which may occur in processing entries for random drawings. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
